3PUMP Fire Pump Package — 500 GPM @ 8 Bar

Overview

This 3PUMP fire pump package is rated for 500 GPM at 8 Bar, combining an electric-driven main pump, a diesel-driven standby pump, and a jockey pump in one submitted package, model 3P 4×3-10.2.

Package Configuration

• Electric main pump: 3P 4×3-10.2, driven by a 75 HP, 415V / 50Hz / 3-phase Intem 225M-2 motor (Class F insulation, IP55). Cast iron casing, bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal.
• Diesel standby pump: 3P 4×3-10.2, driven by an 84 HP Power 4102 engine at 3000 RPM. Same casing, impeller, shaft, and seal construction as the electric pump.
• Jockey pump: Model RV10-10.
• Controllers: Three individual LS-brand pump controllers.

Technical Highlights

• Performance tested at the NFPA 20 test points (150% flow and churn/shutoff) at both 2950 RPM and 3000 RPM — both points PASS
