3PUMP Fire Pump Package — 1000 GPM @ 10 Bar

Overview

This 3PUMP fire pump package is rated for 1000 GPM at 10 Bar, combining an electric-driven main pump, a diesel-driven standby pump, and a jockey pump in one submitted package, model 3P 5×4-10.2L.

Package Configuration

• Electric main pump: 3P 5×4-10.2L, driven by a 150 HP, 415V / 50Hz / 3-phase Intem 280S-2 motor (Class F insulation, IP55). Cast iron casing, bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal.
• Diesel standby pump: 3P 5×4-10.2L, driven by a 150 HP Power 6102BZQ engine at 3000 RPM. Same casing, impeller, shaft, and seal construction as the electric pump.
• Jockey pump: Model RV10-12.
• Controllers: Three individual LS-brand pump controllers.

Technical Highlights

• Rated duty: 1000 GPM at 10 Bar
• Performance tested at the NFPA 20 test points (150% flow and churn/shutoff) at both 2950 RPM and 3000 RPM — both points PASS
